How would you describe your music? It is however you want the music to be, because my music is in all that I am, from the most defined sound to pure noise. The transformation is what causes the energy not to die, but mutes it. In this way, from a broomstick or escape valve to the finest rustic violin or key, I can bring out what for me is music. The secret is in the hand. Say when I mix things, different things come out, not mixed things, and that’s where I get the music. My music is my state of life. It is all that imperative, impulsive, unstoppable spirt, and that excites me. When did you begin your musical career and why? When I discovered its eroticism and impulse. I believe that there is no other form of making music. The eroticism, like the music, is an uncontainable wave that flows and flows, and that once you are in front of it, you get excited and submerge, penetrating it. For that reason, I began to make music when I discovered its eroticism and provocation, and its own special language beyond the superfluousness of a guitar or a nice voice; when I discovered that through music, I could tell the story of what I felt. That’s why I believe that a person without music is a dead person, like a desert impossible to cross where there is a refreshing oasis for the body and spirit. What is your experience with Buenos Aires? Where are you from? I believe that Buenos Aires is the concept base of my lyrics. It is this special language with various senses that excites me and provokes uncontrollable enthusiasm when I write my lyrics. It is the fact of telling the most divine aspect of what it is to be a human being. I learned that I am from wherever I want to be from in that moment, and that the only hand that can help you is the one that is under your elbow. So if your child or city judge you, leave a little to the side of what you do and then judge it. They cant say much now because I’m my own boss, which is the best state of being. Is there one interesting fact that you would like to share in relation to this idea or in particular? Now I remember that I don’t know the public that listens to electronic music. I know people that have things happen to them, and that tunes us. Sometimes I end up listening to something super ambient, or very mixed percussion like Ibuki reconstruction (for ex.), and I realize that the guy at my side listening to that, is faking it just like me, doing reggae, dub or ska. What I mean is, that whoever listens to electronic music like jazz or country, or however it may be, that electronic music is another form of musical expression, not so distant or so close to rock or whichever other. With other types of enrichments and searches, if they happen to me, I feel it and do it, and what comes out is what comes out, and I like it. Each song is like son, and all that it represents. That is always all. Blitto´s Website
