Dubstep producer Milo Schmitman aka Daleduro has been making some serious waves of late.
One could deduce that when an Argentine artist ends up being edited by a British label, that dubstep has truly become a global sound. Recently Net Lab put out El Peligro, a 3 track EP available for download now!
Let’s listen to the tracks.
Dub Against Time is a hyperactive psychedelic digital dubstep with futuristic bells and whistles that also makes it highly infectious and downright groovy.
La Manga is more slowed down and chill. Its bass and snare go hand in hand with the bouncing of your head up and down to the beat. Turn that up, get on your feet and see how your body reacts. Nice innit?
Downtown Pigs has a glitchy broken beat element that invites you to enter into its world and get lost for a hot minute. Its deep sub lows and distorted baselines give you a brief glimpse into the head of this young producers´ vision of the world at that moment.
Daleduro has also been experimenting with South American folkloric rhythms in his productions, check the hot track Dalecumbia that he gave exclusively to WUBA. Also don’t sleep on his Folkstep aspirations, which will be on display later this year both on local TV, at Zizek in December and who knows where else. Even more Daleduro.
