In "Goya's Ghosts" (2006) the prolific filmmaker Milos Forman uses again a real character: the Spanish painter Goya and through his life shows an universal message: "two very different views: a pragmatic one by Francisco de Goya and that of a believer´s like Hermano Lorenzo" he says.

Originally from Puerto Rico, the singer Mimi Maura grew up listening to her father´s music, the well-known singer in the 50´s Mike Acevedo. After of a lot of experiences in many bands and with a little help from her husband, the musician Sergio Rotman, Mimi started her own band very influenced by Jamaican style reggae-rocksteady beat. They have edited many records under their own indie label Canary. Tonight Mimi is presenting her last CD, Mirando la lluvia caer.

Flopa has a very long story in the local underground scene, she took part in bands like Mata Violeta and Barro in the early 90´s. Since 2000 she started her solo presentations with only an acoustic guitar. In 2004 she edited her first solo record Dulce Fuerte Grave. Tonight Flopa is presenting her new CD Emoción Homicida (Azione Artigianale 2007).
