Producer and DJ Julián Lagos a.k.a DJ Joven started his carreer musicalizing art exhibits in galleries all over BA. His next steps were DJing at underground parties in the local scene. DJ Joven is one the founders of the DJs Pedigree: pioneers in incorporating Latin pirated rhythms on the dancefloors according to the magazine "Rolling Stone" and the newspaper “Clarin.” This group of DJs participated in some of the biggest and best parties in BA. In 2006 his gig is now solo, playing at some of the cities most interesting and newest parties. His recent gigs include playing with DJ Eleven from New York on his South American tour. He has an edited CD of mashups called “Feroza” and numerous mixtapes where sounds such as Nu Funk, Afro-Beat, Grime and Indie Hip Hop are present.
